In Dallas, TX, Dr. William P. Adams, Jr., performed a breast enlargement on a 31 year old female patient.  Dr. Adams used saline breast implants slightly overfilled. Overfilling can sometimes reduce rippling in saline breast implants, especially for women with little breast tissue like this patient. These Mentor implants were rated for 240 cc's but were overfilled to 270 cc's.  The implants were placed in a dual plane position using an inframammary incision (breast crease).  This patient was 5 ft. 5 in. tall and was 31 years old at the time of surgery.  The before and after photos show her pre-operatively and one year post-operatively.
