Dr. William P. Adams, Jr., a well known Dallas, TX plastic surgeon, selected Mentor's cohesive gel implants for this breast augmentation patient.  These implants are more popularly known as "gummy bears."  This was a great choice to achieve a natural looking result.  The implant size was 245 cc's.  The size seemed just right to create a complimentary look for the patient.  As discussed with the patient prior to the surgery, Dr. Adam's made the incision in the breast crease.  The incision placement ensured the least amount of visible scarring.  Dr. Adams also used a 24 hour recovery technique to ensure a quicker recovery compared to older breast enlargement surgical methods.
