This woman chose
Dr. Todd Koch of Buffalo, NY to give her
saline breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and
Dr. Koch discussed her options of different
implants to chose from. She wanted her cup size to go from a
34B to a 34C.
Dr. Koch and the woman decided to use round,
Allgeran saline implants filling the left
breast implant with 330cc and overfilling the right
breast implant with 330cc.
Dr. Koch informed this woman that he would do a
inframammary incision and place the
breast implants below the breast muscle. The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
