breast implants. The woman stated that she was looking for options to enhance her
breast size and wanted to see if surgery could help her.
Dr. Koch brought in the woman discussed the different surgical options she could take. They both decided that a
breast augmentation was her best choice.
Dr. Koch used a
Inframammary incision to insert
silicone breast implants. Each
breast implant was filled to 300cc and placed below the muscle. After the surgery the woman went from a
34A to a 34C and was very happy with the results of her new body.
