Dr. Baxter, a plastic surgeon in the Seattle, WA area, performed a breast augmentation and breast lift on this patient of his. During the consultation this patient and Dr. Baxter chose to use 400cc silicone gel implants. The implants were placed on dual planes, meaning they are split above and below the pectoral muscle. Prior to the surgery this patient’s breasts were asymmetrical. Her left breast hung a bit lower than her right. Following the surgery, her breasts fell very even. The crescent mastopexy was used for her breast lift, and as you can tell from the pictures above, the results are beautiful.
