As you can see from the photos above, this patient had problems following her first
breast augmentation. She came to
Dr. Baxter, a plastic surgeon in the Seattle, WA area, hoping he would be able to correct the problems. His analysis was that her last dual-plane sub-pectoral
augmentation caused the edge of the muscle to form a band across the bottom of the
breast. He was able to remove and replace the
implants, solving this problem using two 465cc
saline implants filled to 480cc’s. This improved the contour of the
breasts, eliminating the bottoming out issue. She was very happy with the results of the corrective surgery.
