Dr. Nadia Afridi, a well known female plastic surgeon in New York, NY, performed a breast augmentation on this thirty-five year old 100 pound patient. She used round, smooth, moderate profile silicone gel breast implants, which were placed above her pectoralis muscle. The incisions to insert the breast implants that were made in the breast crease healed nicely. Dr. Afridi was also able to correct her asymmetry. In the before photos it is obvious that this patient’s right breast was slightly larger than her left.
