Plastic surgeon Dr. Nadia Afridi of New York, NY, performed this breast augmentation on her forty-five year old patient. Following her consultation, this patient had decided that Dr. Afridi was her best option for breast augmentation. Dr. Afridi and her patient made the decision to insert 275cc round silicone gel implants. This patient also elected to get a breast lift along with her silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Afridi made a vertical lollipop incision for the breast lift. She placed the breast implants were placed subglandular (above the muscle but below the breast tissue). This patient has been extremely happy with her New York breast augmentation and breast lift
