Dr. David E. Berman, plastic surgeon of Sterling, VA, provided a very less-endowed, young 24-year old woman with full, beautiful symmetrical breasts for her nearly flat-chested body. He used contoured breast implants, taking her from a 34A cup size to a 34C cup. Prior to her contoured breast implants, this young woman barely had any shape up on top and was very self-conscious.
