About Dr. Vogt

Education

Peter A. Vogt, M.D., F.R.C.S. (C) is one of a select group of plastic surgeons in the United States who specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery. He has gained an international reputation for surgical skill and expertise, the respect of fellow surgeons and the support of the medical community. He continues to remain on the "cutting edge" of cosmetic surgical procedures.

Dr. Vogt is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. He is a past President of the Lipoplasty Society of North America, and has mentored approximately 2000 plastic surgeons in liposuction and body contouring procedures. He currently is a member of many prestigious professional organizations including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and is currently president of the Minnesota Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is a Clinical Instructor in the Plastic Surgery Department of the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Vogt has written numerous articles and chapters on plastic surgery topics throughout the years. He is frequently asked to appear as a guest speaker at surgical conferences worldwide.

Dr. Vogt has been practicing in Minneapolis since 1976 and resides in Wayzata with his wife Linda. He enjoys golfing, tennis, skiing, playing the piano, gardening and has numerous other interests.
