Our Philosophy

Restoring the harmony of body is a simple philosophy adopted by Dr Vasisht in his practice of plastic surgery. The human body is an intricate, delicate balance of many functions and structures that exist in harmony with one another. Plastic surgery attempts to restore some of those imbalances through many different techniques.

Your phone calls will be answered by Beryl or Sapna. From the moment that you call us, you will be greeted by a warm and friendly staff. They will try to answer all your questions regarding the procedures, recovery times, and financing. We will give you appointments that fit your busy schedule.

Dr. Vasisht provides cosmetic consultations at no charge. We want these consultations to be a leisurely experience for you. All consultations are confidential and complete and provided by Dr. V. You will be examined during your consultation. Computer imaging is used to help with the discussion of the procedures. He will answer all of your questions and when you leave the office you should have a thorough understanding of the cosmetic procedures that you are considering.

Dr Vasisht (Dr. V) is a native of southern New Jersey, where he grew up on the shore. He graduated from Rutgers University in 1991. He completed his medical school at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ)- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1995.

Dr Vasisht began his training at Boston Medical Center in general surgery and finished his general surgery training at Staten Island University Hospital. He completed a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at UMDNJ- New Jersey Medical School. Dr V. was appointed the administrative chief resident in Plastic Surgery during the last year of his training. He went on to complete a hand and microsurgery fellowship at University of Connecticut- Hartford Hospital.

After his training, Dr Vasisht spent two years teaching and performing plastic surgery to residents in training at Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. V is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He held an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Surgery in the department of Plastic Surgery. He has published numerous medical articles in peer reviewed medical journals. Also, he has written book chapters and spent time giving lectures around the world.

Dr Vasisht is affiliated with many local hospitals including the Virtua Health System and Cooper Hospital. He is credentialed at Burlington Memorial Hospital, Virtua West Jersey Marlton, Voorhees, and Berlin. Dr V. operates at various local surgery centers including Centennial Surgery Center, HealthSouth Surgery Center, Summit Surgery Center, and Cooper Surgery Center in Voorhees.
