Placement: Subpectoral
Incision: Inframammary
Notes: Patient had saline implants and was
not happy with her size. She requested that she
wanted fuller and larger breasts. She felt that she had lost her fullness in
the top half of her breasts.
After surgery her implants are centered on her breasts giving her the upper fullness she requested. She was excited with her attractive, curvaceous results that has improved her cleavage.
