I had Dr. Aker (Noblesville).I have to say that I haven't had one single problem. I had my BA in 2000, $4,500 then. I've had no dropping, rippling, anything. My gyno says of most his BA patients mine are the most natural. I chose Dr. Aker for the axillary/endoscope, and my incision is really almost totally transparent. He is a good PS. Jana

I found my PS on your website, and I wanted to write in to you have post how great of a surgeon he is. Dr. Aker of Sando Jones Aker performed my breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the results. He such a caring and gentle person. I went on a lot of consultations here in the Indianapolis metro area and was going to head out of town to have my BA with a very popular surgeon I found on your site in Virginia. However, after reading all of the positive feedback on your site as well as other breast augmentation sites on the internet about Dr Aker I decided to give him a try. After meeting with Dr. Aker and seeing his work I soon found out that we have a star surgeon right here in the Indianapolis metro area. All the other consults I had been to put a really bad taste in my mouth. Some docs were so arrogant, and inflexible that I was starting to feel jaded about the whole process. I thought what I wanted was pretty straight forward 300cc under the muscle w/a trans ax incision. No one here in Indianapolis/Carmel wanted to do the armpit incisions and instead of admitting they weren't skilled/comfortable in that area, they tried to sell me on a thousand reasons why going through the armpit was not a wise choice and why doing it their way was best. Or they said they would do it, but wouldn't guarantee the results. I was totally flabbergasted on that one, I had more respect for the docs who just flat out said no they wouldn't do it. Needless to say, Dr. Aker had to be real special to earn my trust at the point I was at when I went to see him. He was very confident but not arrogant, did a lot of listening versus talking, answered questions without being irritated or condescending, took his time versus being rushed, and offered multiple options versus a single alternative. So, even after I had a very successful consultation with him I still had some questions that I was uncertain about. So I called the office and asked the patient coordinator if I could speak with Dr Aker again. Now this is two-three weeks after my consult and prior to me scheduling anything concrete with the practice, she said sure and asked me what would be a good time, so we worked out some time and wouldn't you know it. He called just as I had requested at the time we discussed.

Anyway, my results are so natural looking even with the swelling in full swing. In addition, I called the office after hours on the day of my surgery to ask a question, and guess who picks up the phone, Dr. Aker. I couldn't believe it, no answering service or waiting for a call back, but Dr. Aker himself picked up when I pushed the ask the doctor a question button. Then I got a call from him the next day and the day after to check on me, and two more calls from his staff (medical assistant/nurse) to make sure I was okay and didn't have any questions prior to my follow-up appointment. So basically, I got a call everyday until I went in for my follow-up appt. Now how he manages to be so accessible is beyond me, because when I decided to schedule my BA he was all booked up and it took a while to get a date. Dr. Aker is the type of doctor that truly cares about his patients and takes pride in doing great boob jobs. He's really proud of his work when he shows it to you and ALL of his pictures look good. This includes the girls wanting to look natural as well those wanting to look fake. I feel so blessed to have a someone so good right here at home and not having to worry about jumping on a plane when I have something that needs to be checked out.

I had my surgery performed by Dr. Sando, of Sando, Jones and Aker in Noblesville, IN. They were wonderful. Informative and understanding of my fears. The whole team deserves my deepest gratitude. I had surgery in October for the implants, then we thought I was having "CC" in my left breast. So Dr. Sando went in again in April of 2005 to remove scar tissue. He got in there and found nothing. But did some internal work on my breast tissue to let the implant fall more naturally. It looks a 100% better. We have no explanation as to why it settled in the way it did, but it looks great now. Thank you for your wonderful site. It has helped me so much with all of this.
