More About Dr. Reid Education Undergraduate: Texas Tech University Medical School: Texas Tech University School of Medicine Residency in General Surgery: Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, AZ Residency in Plastic Surgery: Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA Dustin Reid, MD, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Texas Tech University, School of Medicine. Upon graduation he was selected as the Best Surgical Student and Outstanding Overall Medical Student by the faculty. Dr. Reid completed a five-year surgical residency at Phoenix’s Good Samaritan Hospital and a three-year plastic surgery residency at Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital. He is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a candidate for the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Although his academic achievements are extensive, Dr. Reid considers his compassion and ability to truly understand his patients goals as the critical components of an extraordinary surgical outcome. As an accomplished musician, Dr. Reid is an artist at heart with a natural eye for detail. His creativity and attentiveness translate into a consistently exceptional experience for his patients.
