Hi Nicole.... I have really been happy with Dr Nachbar and his staff so far.(I'm only one week post op) I found him thru your website 5 years ago and requested an information packet. Even though I had never been in for a consult and had requested information over the phone he continued to "keep in touch" with occassional bits of information. None of the other PS's did that. The packet he sent was so incredibly thorough that when I finally decided to "take the plunge" he was top on my list. I did have 2 other references from friends but interestingly enough I never had a consult with either. One seemed very arrogant and the other one had me waiting for an hour past my scheduled appt. in a very crowded waiting room. I just had a bad feeling so I left. Dr. Nachbar is professional, and direct yet has a calm and pleasant manner about him that made me very comfortable. ALL of the girls that work in the office are very nice and helpful. At my 6 day follow up he seemed to feel everything looked great, I didn't need "the strap" as I expected and I have another post op in 6 weeks.

If you need or want any other information from me just let me know. I would be happy to share before and after pictures for your website. Just let me know how to do it and how often you like updates.

Five days ago, I had breast Augmentation. I researched for weeks before I took the "big leap" into bigger cup sizes, and I am so happy I did. I chose Dr. James Nachbar here in Scottsdale Arizona. I found him on your site. He is so awesome and very open about any questions that I had. My first visit to him was nice as he sat in a little private office with me and we just kind of chatted about what my expectations were. He went on to show me the different implants that he uses. I chose saline rounds / Mentors. I started with a 34C breast with some sagging. I am 42 yrs old, 5' 8" and 125 lbs. My boyfriend and I dance and I felt I wanted a fuller upper section to look better in some of my outfits.

At first, after trying on Dr. Nachbar's stretchy bra, I chose a conservative 325cc implant. He said ok and I went on my way with a surgery date of April 11, 2002. I phoned their office a few times more with questions that I had forgotten to ask and I also said that my nerves were getting to me, that I wished that I could get the surgery done with. Sharon, the doctor's assistant said they had an opening that Thursday and I could have the spot if I wished. Of course I jumped at the chance. At my Pre-op appt. Sharon suggested that I try on more implants inside my clothing as she didn't think I would be happy with the 325cc choice. So I did. I chose 450cc and am so glad that I did. If I had gone with the 325 I would be still saggy, just bigger saggy. Now I am a beautiful 36D and beautiful.
