Description: This patient was a 36A and for many years had desired to have a
larger breast size. She wished to have a significant difference, but was
concerned that she not appear too large. She requested a full B to small C
with a natural appearance. After trying on multiple implant sizers, she
selected a moderate profile 240cc saline implant filled to 270cc through the
inframammary approach. She is very pleased with her selection.
