Description: This patient was a 36 full C prior to childbearing. After
having 2 children and breastfeeding, her breasts decreased in size to a 36B.
She requested an increase in size to a full C and was concerned that her
implants not be too wide. On Dr. Lu’s recommendation, she tried on a stiff
cup bra in her desired final size and utilized rice to determine the
difference in volume. Upon returning to the office and trying implant sizers,
she selected a moderate profile 270cc saline implant filled to 300cc. She is
pleased with the increased fullness of her breasts.
