About Dr. Klein

Education

Neil E. Klein, M.D. has been in the practice of plastic surgery since 1980 and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He received his medical degree from the Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed a residency in general surgery and is also certified by the American Board of Surgery. He served his plastic surgery residency at New York University where he also completed a fellowship in microsurgery.

In addition to his private aesthetic practice, Dr. Klein is on the Board of Directors of Downey Community Hospital and is a former chairman of the department of plastic surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital. He is a past treasurer of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a member of many national medical societies including the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

The best way to determine which plastic surgery procedure is appropriate for you is to arrange for a personal consultation. All consultations are with Dr. Klein himself and may utilize imaging for educational purposes.
