I want to thank Dr. Kayser for the procedure he did for me in April this year. I asked my family physician about having a breast reduction and had gone to a general surgeon who was recommended to me but I just did not feel right even after I went for a second visit. Then my close friend showed me an article from the paper with Dr. Kayser discussing breast reduction using the new SPAIR technique where the scaring is 50% less than the traditional anchor technique.

I met with Dr. Kayser. He was very thorough and I felt confident after our visit. I met with Dr. Kayser a few times before surgery and I was more sure with each visit. I am a registered nurse and I feel that Dr. Kayser is very professional. He cares about his patients, takes pride in his work and I found him to be a perfectionist … and Dr. Kayser did a perfect job.

When I went for my first post-op visit, the staff asked me how I was doing; with a big smile I told them, "I was the happiest girl in the world." That's how I felt then and I still do four months later. There is not a day that goes by that I don't thank God and then I than Dr. Kayser.

For years I considered breast augmentation surgery and when I finally gained the courage to go through with it, Dr. Kayser was the only surgeon that I felt could meet all my needs. "The surgery itself went great. The hospital treated me extremely well. Recovery is slow, but getting better. No surprises. The implantinfo.com website has kept me well informed. Dr. Kayser was wonderful. He actually seemed very proud of the my outcome! Even the nurse at the hospital commented on my results. She said he has a great reputation there. As I was in recovery, he came out and spoke with my husband to tell him how well I did and how pleased he was. At my followup appointment he asked me to sign an authorization form so he could include my before & after pictures in his photo album. You can't ask for better than that, can you! My after pictures will be taken at my 6 week visit. He will give me copies, possibly I may forwarded them to the site. Also, the day after surgery I received a delivery of flowers from his office.

I went to three consults before I picked Dr. Kayser. I even spent $ 200.00 on the other consultations and his was free. It would have been easy to pick one that I had to spend the money on anyway. I decided early on not to dwell as much on the surgery itself and the recovery. That is a drop in the bucket in the whole scheme of things. I choose my surgeon based on his experience, background and looking at his photo's of before and after pictures. He had the nicest looking pictures. That was my bottom line. To have nice looking breasts! I know I picked the right surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering breast augmentation. I found Dr. Kayser on your web site."
