This is a 27 year old, 120 lb ,5'5" patient seen 8 months after removal of her implants. She originally had breast implants placed with a periareolar approach to achieve a lift. She went from a B to a D cup with 240 cc smooth round saline implants, but wanted the implants removed - there were absolutely no problems with them - she just wanted to be totally natural. The second surgery required revision of the mastopexy and returned her to her origanl B cup - she is ecstatic and has never looked back.
Last column shows patient 18 months after removal of her implants with revision of her mastopexy. She also had a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) performed since.
