Patient had severe tuberous deformity seen after release of constrictions, reduction of
areola, mastopexy and placement of saline implants. The entire procedure was
performed through areolar incision where, in addition tothe placements of the implants,
elevation of the breast and reattachment to the chest muscle was performed to achieve a
fuller, lifted look.
