Mastopexy (lift) with Augmentation
Bra Size Before: 34A
Bra Size After: 34C
Implant : McGhan, saline,Round, 300cc
Time Elapsed: 4 Months
Patient had severe ptosis (drooping) of the breast for which a mastopexy (lift) w/
implants using the new SPAIR technique was performed. The excess skin was removed,
the breast itself was lifted and reattached to the chest and the implants were placed
beneath the muscle yielding a final result that is virtually indistinguishable from the
patients preoperative appearance. There is no horizontal scar along the inframammary
breast fold. The vertical scar is made only at the end of the procedure if an
enhanced shape will benefit from it's placement, otherwise, the breast would be left with
a baggy excess, which is not ideal.
