Patient Information:
- 50 year old.
- 36A cup preop.
- Biopsy had been done on the right. Based on its results and her family history, she chose mastectomy and immediate reconstruction on both sides.
- Tissue expanders were placed at the time of mastectomy, and filled during office visits. Several months later contoured, textured saline implants were placed. Subsequently the nipples and areolas were reconstructed.
- Comments: Desired larger. Referred to us by her general surgeon. Improved shape and larger size were obtained. She looks wonderful in clothing.
