Patient Information:
- 18 year old.
- Referred by her Ob/Gyn for uneven and abnormal breast appearance.
- A two stage procedure was performed. At the first stage the left breast was lifted (vertical pattern mastopexy) and a right tissue expander was placed and a periareolar mastopexy performed.
- At the second stage the right expander was removed and replaced with a saline implant.
- Comments: She wore a 38C bra. The left side was
fuller and turned prominently downward. The right side was small,
consisting almost entirely of protruding areola.
She was much more balanced and expressed satisfaction with her outcome. "It was a pleasure! Thank you."
