Hi Nicole,

I just had a breast augmentation and mastopexy (lift) performed by Dr. Gregory Buford of Englewood Colorado. I chose him even though he was over an hour's drive away because I liked his philosophy (on his website he discusses getting back a woman's "before-baby" body) and I felt so at ease with his staff after speaking with them on the phone a few times before actually coming in for a consultation. His BEFORE and AFTER photos had results that I really liked as well; it seemed to me that every surgeon has his own style, and their results seem similar each time in regard to shape.

I am so impressed with the results of my surgery, and the ladies on his staff were so warm and supportive throughout the entire process. As a team, they followed up with me every step pf the way, and refused to let me shy away from asking questions. I never felt pressured at any point to go one way or another, but at the same time I Was well-informed of the pro's and con's of each alternative (saline versus silicone....large versus small...different profile choices)

I always suspected that I would be self-conscious about pursuing any type of cosmetic surgery, but Dr. Buford and his staff made me feel comfortable, and after my initial consultation I knew that there was no one else on this earth I would rather have handling my surgery. I just wanted to encourage anyone who is considering calling for a consultation to consider contacting Dr. Buford. Even for the timid patients like myself, you'll know right away that you're in good hands with them.

As soon as my breasts settle from the implants, I plan to submit a journal of my experience, with progression pictures of my breasts. The journals at your site gave me so much more confidence in the procedure. I didn't feel like I was rushing blindly into something that I couldn't handle. By the time I went in, I knew what to expect, and there have been no surprises.

I am really impressed with Dr. Goldstein. I had problems with deflation due to a problem with my implants and he and his staff have done their best at helping me through some of the complications. His work is excellent and no question is ever stupid. He and his staff did just as they said, "Provided me with the highest quality of medical care and attention." I highly recommend him.
