Patient Information:

She wanted more fullness overall and especially in the upper part of the breasts to reverse the deflated look (before photos).  Periareolar incisions were used to place saline implants into dual plane submuscular pockets.  After surgery, she looks great!  She's more proportional and has the upper pole fullness she wanted (after pictures).
