Dr. Dardano has always been known for his compassion towards his patients. In Detroit he was awarded the Joseph H. Wahlers Award by the hospital staff who recognized his compassionate patient care. He prides himself on putting his patients first, by always being available for them.

Dr. Dardano has been active both clinically and academically. He has performed over 1,300 plastic surgery procedures, including breast augmentation, and is the author and co-author of several papers and textbook chapters.

He has presented his work at the prestigious Plastic Surgery Research Council, as well as the American College of Surgeons, and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He has also lectured internationally.

Dr. Dardano's career began in Utica, New York, where he always knew that someday he would become a surgeon. He is greatly influenced by his father, who is a well respected prominent surgeon in his home town. He completed his undergraduate studies in Syracuse, New York, and traveled to South Florida to attend medical school. While there he met his wife Gladys, who is also a physician.

Dr. Dardano chose to study general surgery at Sinai Hospital of Wayne State University in Detroit, because of its reputation for an intense clinical experience. He completed 5 years of training, and became board certified by the American Board of Surgery. It was there that he was introduced to the exciting world of plastic surgery. He decided to spend an additional year working with the plastic surgeons at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He then traveled to Galveston, Texas where he completed 3 more years of training in a plastic surgery fellowship at The University of Texas Medical Branch.

Dr. Dardano returned to South Florida and opened his practice in Boca Raton to be near his and his wife's family. Dr. Dardano and his wife have three beautiful sons, Anthony, Joseph, and Matthew.
