SUBJECT 1

Surgeon: Dr. Cohen
Patient Age: 25
Patient Gender: Female

This patient is a professional model in her early 20's from the Scottsdale area who visited my Paradise Valley area medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. Because of her career, she needed to have an extremely aesthetic, natural result. She also wished to go from a small B to a large B cup.

Due to her concerns, I recommended using a silicone implant placed through the areola and underneath the chest muscle for the most natural and cosmetic result. I felt that relatively modest sized implants would enhance her appearance while maintaining very natural looking breasts.

In the operating room, I used Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile-plus silicone cohesive gel implants. I tried a number of sizes and found that 225cc implants gave the patient a nice fullness to the breasts without causing any hint of a "shelf" on the upper breast.

The postoperative photos were taken approximately 5 weeks after surgery, and the patient was extremely happy with her new size and very natural appearance.
