Comments: This 28 year-old was looking for a D size cup with a bit more superior fullness. As she was quite thin, I felt it best to use a high profile implant. These tend provide a bit more projection and fullness. The "round look" that you see here is obtained by using a larger volume in a rather thin person. A closeup of her inframammary scar reveals how inconspicuous this can be.
