Breast augmentation is one of the most common procedures performed by Dr. Casper.  He has done over a thousand augmentations.  He routinely uses all three common approaches for placing breast implants.  Each patient is individually evaluated for either above or below muscle procedures for the most natural result.  A unique technique for sizing is utilized to determine the appropriate implant size.  Dr. Casper has been selected by the McGhan Corporation (breast implant manufacturer) as a "preferred surgeon" for breast augmentation and is a principal investigator for the McGhan Silicone Filled Breast Implant Adjunct Clinical Study.

    Personal Consultations are directed to identify the goals of the patient and to formulate a surgical plan to achieve those goals.  Time is spent discussing procedures in depth so those prospective patients will have a full understanding.  Before and after photos are used extensively as well as patient references.
