More About Dr. Buncke Education Undergraduate: University of California at Davis M.D.: Georgetown University Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency: Stanford University Fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery: Davies Medical Center Dr. Greg Buncke is a plastic, hand and microsurgeon and received his B.S. from the University of California at Davis, his M.D. from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, his post-graduate residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University, and a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the Davies Medical Center in San Francisco, where he remains in practice. Dr. Buncke was a traveling scholar with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.  He  is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of several societies, including the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the American Association of Plastic Surgeons.
