Dr. Steven Ringler brings patients the invaluable combination of professionalism and personal care for which PSA is known. More than 20 years of experience in a wide range of reconstructive surgeries guarantee that every patient receives the benefit of skills that have been proven and expanded over time. Dr. Ringler specializes in cosmetic surgery, hair transplantation and microvascular surgery, using the most current and safest techniques and technologies.

In addition to his practice, Dr. Ringler is the program director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program at the Grand Rapids Medical Education & Research Center for Health Professions (M.E.R.C.). He is also a Clinical Professor of Surgery at Michigan State University.

His outreach activities include founder and medical director of the Michigan Chapter of Operation Smile International, a non-profit volunteer medical program. With Operation Smile, Dr. Ringler has performed reconstructive surgery in many developing countries and the United States since 1989. Under Dr. Ringler’s leadership, Operation Smile has provided free surgical care to more than one thousand children in Thailand over the past several years.
