Dr. Weiglein was born in Germany, educated in Canada, trained in Japan and Australia and practices in Burlington, Ontario.
Dr. Weiglein is a member of the Ontario Medical Association and a past president of the Halton County Medical Society. He served as Head of Division of plastic Surgery at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital. He speaks frequently to professional and civic groups about plastic surgery and related subjects. Dr. Weiglein is privileged to be one of the few plastic surgeons in Canada who practices cosmetic surgery exclusively. This subspecialization allows him and his staff to focus one thing only- the unique needs of the cosmetic patient.

Procedures Performed
All procedures are carried out at the Centre for Personal Surgery, a custom-built freestanding surgical centre. The Centre is fully inspected and accredited by the CAAASF. Only certified anesthetists are used. This provides the cosmetic surgery patient with a level of comfort, privacy and safety that a hospital cannot match. Overnight stays are available, avoiding the need to go to a hospital.
