About Dr. Stridde Education B.S.: University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan M.D.: Northwestern University Medical School, Chicago, Illinois General Surgery Residency: Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Hanover, New Hampshire Plastic Surgery Residency: University of Washington, Seattle, Washington Dr. Braden C. Stridde was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1956. He was educated at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 1983. He served his internship and residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire, finally serving as Chief Resident in 1988-89. Concurrently with his Chief Residency, he served as an instructor in surgery at Dartmouth Medical School. He also held an additional plastic surgery fellowship at Canniesburn Hospital in Scotland. He next held his fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at Davies Medical Center in San Francisco, California followed by a residency in plastic surgery at the University of Washington. He also served as Chief Resident in plastic surgery at that institution. During his tenure at the University of Washington, he received the Best Resident Paper Award from the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Stridde is meticulous and thorough, and combines friendliness and professionalism in a way that inspires patient confidence. He is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners (#282742) and of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (#5009) and is licensed to practice in the State of Washington (#27531).
