Breast Augmentation - Patient of Dr. Silberman's.
33 year old female five months status post breast augmentation. An infra-areolar incision was used, with sub-pectoral placement of the implants. The patient went from a bra size of 34 A to 36 solid C. McGhan smooth walled saline implants filled to 445cc were used.
