Philosophy
In plastic surgery, happiness comes from good results. I have a strong bias toward technically simple procedures with short recovery periods, whenever possible. When only a complex procedure will produce the desired change, I think it is usually better to do the complex procedure and go for the look you really want, than settle for a lesser procedure with a less-good result.
