My goal is to accomplish your objectives with the most natural result possible. I encourage you to ask questions, be involved and become educated. If cosmetic or reconstructive surgery is a decision you have made, it is important to know that the success of your procedure is greatly dependent on the quality of your surgeon. Any licensed physician can advertise as a cosmetic surgeon whether or not they have had any relevant training.
As a board certified plastic surgeon specialist since 1985, Dr. Ptak has extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for the face, eyes and body. He utilizes the most advanced surgical methods and facilities. As a respected academic instructor and lecturer in his field, he is able to bring the newest, most advantageous technologies to his patients.

Dr. Ptak has practiced plastic and reconstructive surgery since 1985. He has extensive training and experience in cosmetic procedures involving the face, eyes, and body. His diverse reconstructive surgical experiences have enhanced his skills, and brought added dimension to his approach to the intricacies of aesthetic surgery. He is highly qualified to perform a full range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Ptak is also an Instructor in Plastic Surgery at the Mayo Medical School, Scottsdale, Arizona
