Breast Augmentation and Breast Implants Plastic Surgeons

It has been 11 months since I had my breast augmentation performed by Dr. David C. Leber. Getting breast implants was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. Having Dr. Leber as the surgeon was a true gift, because everything about the surgery, recovery, and time since then has been fantastic!!!!!!! I am happier with the results than I ever thought possible. You would never know I have breast implants by seeing me, because they are completely natural-looking and perfectly proportioned to the rest of my body.

When I met with Dr. Leber over two years ago for an initial consultation, I showed him a picture of what I wanted to look like. He said my expectations were realistic and that I should be able to get the results I was seeking. Dr. Leber was correct, and more. Not only did I end up with the size I wanted, I obtained results so wonderful, that nature could not have done a better job.

It took me over a year to decide to have the surgery, and during that year Dr. Leber was very patient and kind in answering all of my questions. He gave me his e-mail address so I could ask questions as they arose, and he always responded quickly and with honest answers.

One of my main concerns about having surgery was that anesthesia causes intense nausea for me. Dr. Leber prescribed Zofran for me to take about an hour before the surgery and then afterwards as needed. I sailed through the surgery and recovery without any nausea due to the Zofran. It was a miracle drug.

My main reason for getting breast implants was because my breast development mostly stopped when I was 13 years old due to gastroparesis. I wanted to look like I thought I should have looked if it hadn't been for my digestive problems. People have asked me if having breast augmentation has given me more confidence. In my case, it's not confidence; it's a victory over what the gastroparesis took away. Now when I look in the mirror, I feel that I'm seeing myself as I should have been. What an incredible feeling!!!

Nicole, thanks soooooo...... much for your message! I had the surgery on June 2nd, and every single thing about it went wonderfully! I am totally thrilled with the results and could not have had a better surgeon. Dr. Leber is FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I will definitely submit pictures to you once the stitches are removed and once the bruise on my left breast goes away. Even the recovery has been much better than I anticipated, and I hardly had any swelling at all to speak of!
