Philosophy on Breast Augmentation
As a symbol of femininity, natural appearing breasts should be a patient's goal in breast augmentation. The breast should move naturally and enhance a woman's proportions.
Along with standard breast augmentation, endoscopic assisted transaxillary breast augmentation, a new technique which allows breast augmentation without any scars on the breasts, is available in our practice. Please note you found our practice through Nichole's implant site and your initial consultation will be complimentary.

About The Doctors
David H. Lowe, M.D.
Dr. Lowe was born in Washington D.C. and attended medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in surgery and went on to complete a fellowship in plastic surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Lowe is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He obtained board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery 1983. He is a member of the following societies: American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Medical Society, John Staige Davis Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of the State of Maryland, Northeast American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons
C. William Strawberry, M.D.
Dr. Strawberry was born in Bethesda, Maryland and obtained his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C. where he graduated with honors.
He completed residencies at Georgetown University, Washington Hospital Center, where he was the chief resident in otolaryngology (head and neck surgery); and Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia where he completed his plastic surgery residency. Dr. Strawberry is double-boarded in plastic surgery and otolaryngology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Strawberry is a member of the following societies: American Medical Society, American Council of Otolaryngology, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, International Society of Clinical Plastic Surgeons - 1996, American Academy of Facial Plastic And Reconstuctive Surgery, Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons - 1990
D. Paul Buhrer, M.D.
A native of Chatham, New Jersey, Dr. Buhrer attended medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where he obtained his degree and completed post-graduate training in general surgery. He completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The University of Texas in Galveston, Texas.
During his residency, Dr. Buhrer distinguished himself as a specialist in the innovative treatment of pediatric burns. He then completed his cosmetic surgery training with world-renowned Dr. Baker in Miami, Florida. He serves as Chief of Plastic Surgery at North Arundel Hospital.
Dr. Buhrer is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association and the John Staige Davis Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Daniel Laughlin, M.D.
A native of Virginia, Dr. Laughlin received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and completed his residency in plastic surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Laughlin serves as Chief of Surgery at the Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Dr. Laughlin is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association and the John Staige Davis Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is the Chief of Surgery at the Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Christopher J. Spittler, M.D.
Dr. Spittler was born in Cleveland, Ohio. His medical degree was completed at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Rootstown, Ohio. He completed his general surgery residency at Meridia Huron Hospital, in Cleveland, Ohio and completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at University of Wisconsin Hospitals in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Spittler completed a Fellowship in Breast and Cosmetic Surgery at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC.
Dr. Spittler is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the John Staige Davis Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Med Chi, Maryland State Medical Society and the Anne Arundel County Medical Society.
