We know that when you choose a plastic surgeon, you are not only choosing him or her for their surgical skill, but are also choosing based upon the caring and professionalism of the entire staff.
At Nashville Cosmetic Surgery Center, our physician and staff are dedicated to providing surgical excellence, and the most personalized care possible. We believe that your physical and emotional needs, both before, and after surgery, are as important, if not more, than the surgery itself.
Our center is conveniently located in The Atrium building at Centennial Medical Center. We offer convenient parking and a state-of-the-art facility. The office has been designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. Every effort is made to ensure complete privacy and confidentiality for every patient.
Our team is highly trained and committed to providing you with all the information needed to make an informed decision about your surgery. We operate only in accredited operating rooms outfitted with only the latest and best safety equipment available. All procedures requiring anesthesia are supervised by a board-certified anesthesiologist whose sole responsibility is your safety.

About Dr. Griffin
Education
- B.S.: Louisana State University, Baton Rouge, LA (summa cum laude)
- M.D.: Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Nashville, TN
- General Surgery Residency: Vanderbilt University Affiliated Hospitals, Nashville, TN
- Plastic Surgery Residency: UAB Affiliated Hospitals, Birmingham, AL
A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Dr. Griffin is a summa cum laude graduate of Louisiana State University. After graduating from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, he completed a seven-year General Surgery residency at Vanderbilt, including two years of research. He completed his Plastic Surgery training under the tutelage of Dr. Luis Vasconez, a world-renowned cosmetic surgeon at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Griffin entered private practice in Nashville in 1997, and is the sole owner of the Nashville Cosmetic Surgery Center.
Dr. Griffin is board certified in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery. He has published several articles on various aspects of plastic surgery. He maintains a special interest in cosmetic surgery of the face, and body. He specializes in cosmetic improvement of patients after massive weight loss. Other interests include cosmetic breast surgery, breast reconstruction for cancer, and management of other difficult breast problems. He is noted for his natural appearing results without an "overdone" look.
He is a member of numerous organizations including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the Lipoplasty Society. He is the Plastic Surgeon for the Nashville Predators hockey team. Dr. Griffin lives in Forest Hills with his lovely wife Susan, and his two children, Conner and Carly Morgan.
