Education

- General Surgery Residency: University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA
- Plastic Surgery Residency: University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT
Dr. Finkler has had a successful private plastic surgery practice in the Sacramento area since 1976. He established Accent Esthetics Cosmetic Surgery Medical Center in 1997. Dr. Finkler has held several important posts in his profession, including Chief of Staff at Mercy San Juan Hospital and Chief of Plastic Surgery and Chief of Surgery. Dr. Finkler is a former Associate Clinical Professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Davis and serves on the surgical staff of Mercy San Juan and American River Hospitals.
