Nicole, I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Ciaravino on December 7th. I found Dr. Ciaravino on ImplantInfo by Nicole.

Dr. Ciaravino and his staff are professional, well-qualified and patient. He and his staff answered all of my questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly without hesitation. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity during all of my appointments, phone calls, and surgery. Dr. Ciaravino is truly an artist and creates a very natural and aesthetically pleasing result. I could not be happier than I am with my breast augmentation. I am forever grateful for the confidence and self-appreciation that has been restored to me.

Dr. Ciaravino did my surgery and I am so happy with my results. I am 5ft, 130lbs, 36A. I told him that I wanted to be a full C baby D and we went with 450cc. I was afraid of going to big but he does know what he is doing because they are beautiful and just right. I was not able to tolerate the pain meds and took only extra strength Tylenol since day one. I believe that it is because he has such a gentle hand when performing this surgery and also not one single bruise.

His staff is awesome, they make sure that you are taken care of and make you feel so comfortable that you can ask any question no matter how silly you may think it is. I had the surgery at the First Street Surgical Center and they are also an awesome group. If you want an excellent surgeon, I truly recommend Dr. C.

Hey girls!! I had my surgery today and I am soooo happy! I'd do it all over tomorrow! It's wonderful! I think that DR. CIARAVINO in Houston must be the best doctor ever! Not one bruise. Just a little sore! GREAT results. They BARELY need to drop. Not misshapen at all. Perfect size. he's amazing! Thanks so much to everyone (especially Nicole for having this site!) for your support over the last 6 months. I am your biggest fan!! You girls ROCK! I hope that I can help other pre-ba girls the way you all helped me! I wasn't one bit nervous yesterday! I'll post my pics as soon as I am feeling less medicated!! lol!

I wanted to make sure and let you know and others who visit your site what I think of Dr. Ciaravino. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone wanting to have breast aug, breast lift and/or tummy tuck done. I had the surgery at the First Street Surgical Center in Houston and saw him at his Greenway Plaza office. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly at both places. The main thing I was concerned about with these surgeries was scarring. I must say I am only 2 weeks post op at this time, but I can already tell what an excellent job he has done. All of the incisions are very smooth, not jagged, and the incisions around the nipples are hardly even noticeable…beautiful work. I have had minimal swelling and actually can say I never have experienced pain, just discomfort with the breast aug, which is totally expected. He is so gentle and truly makes you feel like he cares. He listens to your questions (and believe me, I had tons) and answers all of them. So for those of you in the Houston TX area who are contemplating this kind of surgery, definitely visit Dr. Michael Ciaravino, and you will surely agree that he is an excellent choice for a plastic surgeon.

After reading the praise from Dr. Ciaravions patients I had to put in my two cents. I had my BA done by Dr. Ciaravino, went from a 34aa (yes that's right double a) to a 36D. I have nothing but great and wonderful things to say about Dr. Ciaravino and his staff. From our first meeting he and his staff made me feel so comfortable, reassured me by answering my questions and putting my concerns to bed. I, like a lot of Dr. Ciaravino's other patients, experienced no pain, discomfort, swelling, or bruising. As a matter of fact I never had to take the pain pills that were prescribed. The most challenging part was taking a shower. I discovered after the first day that if I stood sideways in the shower I didn't have to lean back as far to wash my hair with out getting the stitches wet. Granted you have to have a big shower to do this but luckily I do. I have had "my twins" for almost two and a half years and no one believes me that they were "a gift from Ciaravino" is how I put it. hehehe I have referred several people to him and will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone who made this experience excellent for me.

I had my BA done by Dr. Michael Cairavino in Houston. I received 275/300 smooth round mentors. I was a 34 A and should be a 34 B after the swelling dissipates some. I am 33, with two preschoolers, a recreational runner, 5'2" 120lbs and wanted a conservative increase. He was wonderful. His staff was wonderful and I feel pretty darn good. I made two visits prior to my surgery the first a consultation with my husband. Dr. Cairavino was very informative and honest answering all our questions. The second pre-op very straightforward thorough instruction and even a phonecall reminder with helpful hints the day before surgery. I came home the day of the surgery and with the help of my trusty vicodin I was functioning pretty much normally...I slept quite a bit... but by yesterday I was up fixed my kids lunch for school, got them dressed, hair, etc....and even picked them up from school around 4 my last pain pill had been taken at 11 am....

Sleeping is still a challenge but I can't believe how moderate the pain is....I feel engorged...I breastfed both my children for a year so maybe I was expecting more pain....I consider myself extremely lucky!!! Today, a bit grumpier. Pretty sure its the meds but I am not ready to let it go quite yet...I was given instruction to start massage the day after so I still need my pain relief...this is the most uncomfortable thing for me.

Back to the subject of Michael Cairavino, I was referred to him thru a friend of a friend and his staff gave me your website for additional questions and support. What a truly wonderful idea and so helpful to all of us thinking about doing it and those that actually do....If I can help out any other way...I would be happy to do so.

I have to say thank you first and foremost as when I first discovered your site, I emailed you and you were gracious enough to respond to me so quickly, several times. I've done alot of reading and alot of research, but your site has been my bible for several months before the procedure. I told you that I would keep in touch with you and let you know how my experience went. Dr. Michael Ciaravino performed my Breast Augmentation yesterday morning and I felt great. Nooo, I FEEL GREAT! Dr. Ciaravino is absolutely the finest cosmetic surgeon in Houston.He made me feel so comfortable ,he answered all questions and we actually decided to go with a little bit bigger of an implant to get the results that I wanted. They sat me in the "chill" room which had candle lit, soft music and a very comfy leather recliner.The anesthesiologist came in to speak with me for a moment and he also was wonderful (Dr. Nguyen). He reassured me that everything would be just fine. When it was time, the nurse got me and we walked into the surgical room, I had the iv put in and then they helped me lay down on the table. The nurse in there (i don't know her name) but she was so so sweet with me, she held my face and told me everything would be fine,she was so comforting as she put a warmed blanket on me,and told me I was going to look beautiful. I then was out because i don't remember anything else other than waking up asking for water and wanting to go home. I sat up with help. To my surprise, I was NOT in pain, I actually felt very alert and I was ready to go! :) I was helped into my clothes and released after being monitored for awhile. The ride home was fine, I was alittle groggy, but still no serious pain. I was singing and joking about my mountains. hahaha Once I returned home, I climbed into bed, my best friend got me a drink and some crackers and I took my meds, I was dozing on and off throughout the entire night. I need alittle assistance getting to the sitting position at first, but other than that I am totally fine. Today is alot easier for me, although I am tired from the meds and I know I have to take it easy (which is hard for me to do) . But, I can move around all by myself. I cleaned alittle,made some coffee and then made some soup. My breast's are firm and sore, but again they are not in pain. I have the slightest bit of tightness, but other than that I look and feel great.I have tiny incisions as well. I have alot of visitors who are amazed about how "real" they look already. MY friend is saving up to have breast augmentation done... and I wont let her go to anyone other than Dr. Ciaravino! I'll close for now as I need to lay day, but i just couldn't wait to send my thanks and appreciation to you for making the site and to Dr. Ciaravino and his staff. My surgeon is Dr. Michael Ciaravino, in Houston Texas. My BA was in December. I am very, very pleased with my results. My recovery time was short, my scars are almost invisible, and my breasts are very natural looking. (Even my Gynecologist is impressed)

I'm also happy with Dr Ciaravino's staff. Margie, the Patient Coordinator, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had my ba on September. After several months of research on this site, I decided to consult with Dr.Michael Ciaravino in Houston, TX. He was very warm and understanding. He really listened to me and what my expectations were. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and even some that I hadn't thought of. I really didn't feel like a number there. My experience with Dr. Ciaravino and his staff was very impressive. I would refer anyone to him. He was courtesy, very attentive to my question, and also very reassuring about the whole procedure. I traveled about 2 and a half hours to see Dr. Ciaravino, it was well worth the drive.

His anesthesiologist called me about a week before the surgery to ask me a few brief questions and to let me know what to expect.

On the day of the surgery, Nancy took me to the "chill" room (I didn't get much sleep the night before - anxious - even with the meds) where I listened to serene music and read for about 30 minutes. During this time, Dr. Ciaravino came to see me one more time to exam me, then it was to the operating room.

In the operating room, I was greeting by Angie, SHE'S SO NICE!! She helped me by assuring me that they do this everyday and I was going to wake up with my new additions and be even more beautiful. She helped me drift off to sleep as they started my IV, and before I knew it, I was awake and it was over.

First, I wanted to thank you for having Dr. Ciaravino on your website. He is a truly amazing surgeon and deserves to be recognized. I had breast augmentation at his Houston, TX office and was extremely satisfied. I can't make one single negative remark. Everyone was so helpful, especially Margie, she is wonderful. Dr. Ciaravino has the ability to make you feel absolutely comfortable in his care. I woke after surgery and felt no pain, I am aware that this is rare....but, it is the truth. I actually visited another surgeon before Dr. Ciaravino and was so unhappy with the whole experience, I wasn't sure if I wanted to go and see another one. Dr. Ciaravino was very attentive to my questions and answered them cautiously. He answered all my questions. He didn't seem rushed. Dr. Michael Ciaravino performed my BA. The thing I liked the most about him was his manner. He made me feel so at ease. He took the time to fully explain everything to me. Everything about my BA was positive. Margie, his Office Coordinator, was so helpful and informative. The entire staff was great.

I had minimal swelling, no bruising, and a very quick recovery. My incisions (crease) are barely noticable. My breasts are absolutely beautiful, and very natural looking.

I went to Dr. Ciaravino in Houston TX. I am about 2 hrs from Houston so I had to travel to see him. I wanted to see him after looking at the photos on your site -- his work seemed to be very good. When I got to see the photos in his office, there were more, and the majority looked good. Other Drs I have seen had photos where some were good, some were so-so, and some weren't good.

I chose Ciaravino & was impressed with him because: - he was very friendly and open, and willing to take the time to answer any/all of my questions - when I met with him, he told me that 80% (I think) of his surgeries were for augmentation; ie, he somewhat "specialized" in it, rather than doing BAs, rhino, lipo, etc. The photos "proved" this - his staff was great, particularly Margie. She was super nice and sweet. They were always available for my questions and never rushed me - the anesthesioligist called me a week before my surgery to introduce himself and go over some details & ask if I had questions - the morning of my surgery both the Dr and the anesthesiologist visited me before surgery and it helped relax me

Anyways the experience, overall, has been great. By the way, I wanted to thank you for your website. It has provided me with a lot of the information I needed before, during, & after my BA, and is very helpful. :)
