Patient had her implants placed through an incision around the base of the nipple, with a reduction of the areola on the left side. This also elevated the left nipple as well as equalized the areolar diameter. The only scars are at the bottom of the nipple. Implants are McGhan smooth round, right 450+40, left 420+30.
