Dr. Basner is currently chief of plastic surgery at Sinai Hospital and a clinical instructor at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is board-certified from his plastic surgery fellowship at the prestigious New York University program, where he trained with many of the most well-known plastic surgeons in the world.Now he brings the benefits of this advanced training from New York to Baltimore, providing the community with state-of -the-art care. Most of his procedures are performed in our outpatient surgical center or at Johns Hopkins, Sinai Hospital, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, or Northwest Hospital Center

Dr. Rosenberg is a founding member of The Plastic Surgery Center of Maryland. He began his plastic surgical practice in Baltimore after completing 13 years of extensive postgraduate training. Dr. Rosenberg specializes in the wide range of cosmetic surgery (including breast augmentation, facial rejuvenation, liposuction, tummy tuck, etc), plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Rosenberg holds dual board certifications by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and The American Board of Surgery. He is active in national and local medical societies including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the John Staige Davis Plastic Surgery Society. He serves on the staff of several local hospitals, Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, St.Agnes Hospital, North Arundel Hospital, Sinai Hospital and Howard County Hospital.
