William Byron Barber II is regarded as one of the most prominent plastic surgeons in his field. Dr. Barber leverages eighteen years of surgical experience, during which time he has been voted Top Surgeon by the Research Council of America for five consecutive years, is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, maintains memberships with the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and is past President of both Triad Plastic Surgery and North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr Barber was also the Christine Kleinert Fellow at the University of Louisville.

Married to Henrietta D. Barber of Georgetown, S.C., Dr. Barber and his wife have three children. One of his children attends Wofford College and another is at the University of South Carolina. The third child is attending high school.
