"I am 2wks post -op. Dr. DeWire is a true perfectionist. I thought I was the only one! I had no pain---tightness only. My under arm incisions are tiny--they never hurt at all. I am 5'9-135 lbs. and got 450cc under the muscle. I am now in proportion with the rest of me Dr. DeWire even sent flowers!! He is very knowledgeable, personable and an artist. "I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. I felt he was completely honest with me about what I could expect for an outcome. I liked the fact that he wasn't set on using a certain type of implant from the start ( ie, HP vs round) - he didn't decide until he tried them on me during the surgery and saw what looked best. I felt that it was very important to him that my breasts look good; he doesn't like big at the expense of pretty.
