This patient was unhappy with the size of her breasts and desired larger, fuller breasts. She contacted
Dr. Mary Gingrass of
Nashville, Tennessee for further information regarding a
breast augmentation. After being explained the procedure, this patient decided she wanted to undergo the
breast augmentation.
Dr. Mary Gingrass inserted
saline breast implants and inserted them below the muscle. The smooth
breast implants were filled to 300 cc. This patient was very happy with the results and the way her breasts appeared after surgery. Her breast size went from an A cup to a C cup.
