This 35-year old woman chose Dr. William Sabbagh of Bingham Farms, MI to give her saline breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and Dr. Sabbagh discussed her options of different breast implants to choose from. She wanted her cup size to go from a A to a C. With her height being 5'4" and weight being 140 lbs., Dr. Sabbagh and she decided to use saline implants filling the left breast implant with 330cc and filling the right breast implant with 350cc. Dr. Sabbagh informed this woman that he would do a inframammary incision and place the breast implants below the breast muscle. The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
