breast augmentation.
Due to her career, she needed to have an extremely aesthetic, natural result; she wished to go from a small B to a large B cup. With her concerns, Dr. Cohen recommended using a silicone breast implant placed through a periaroelar incision below the breast muscle to give her the most natural result. Dr. Cohen felt that relatively modest sized implants would enhance her appearance while maintaining very natural looking breasts for her career. Dr. Cohen used 225cc silicone Mentor round, smooth breast implants giving this patient a moderate plus profile. This patient was extremely happy with her results.
