This 37 year old female patient had a
breast augmentation procedure done for her by plastic surgeon
Dr. Richard Kofkoff of St. Louis, MO. The woman wanted to see what her options where regarding current
breast size so she set up a consultation with
Dr. Kofkoff. Dr. Kofkoff explained how
breast augmentation surgery is performed, taking either silicone or saline based breast implants and placing them above or below the breast muscle. For the surgery Dr. Kofkoff used
round, smooth, saline based
breast implants making a
periareolar incision. He filled them both to 340cc. Her breast enhancement surgery went very well and she is happy with her new
